みやぎ蔵王えぼしスキー場

Miyagi Zao Eboshi is one of the main resorts on the Miyagi side of the Zao mountains, which straddle the border with Yamagata in Tohoku. It has 10 courses and a vertical drop of about 700 metres, with terrain from gentle family runs to steeper pitches and a gondola to the top. Like the rest of Zao it sees heavy snow and, on the higher slopes, the famous frost-covered snow-monster trees.
