Makinohara Snow Park

Makinohara Snow Park is a small family ski area in the Iiyama highlands of northern Nagano, in the same snowy corner of the prefecture as Madarao and Nozawa Onsen. It has 8 courses and a vertical drop of about 240 metres, with gentle terrain and a snow-play area aimed at families and beginners.
