About This Resort
Spring Valley is the closest ski area to Sendai, set on the Izumi Kogen highland just north of the city in Miyagi. It has 10 courses and a vertical drop of about 272 metres, with gentle terrain that makes it a popular after-work and family hill. Its convenience, rather than its size, is the appeal.
