Hoshino Resorts Alts Bandai

Alts Bandai is one of the largest ski areas in the Bandai region of Fukushima, spread across the southern flanks of Mount Bandai. Run by Hoshino Resorts, it has 29 courses and a vertical drop of about 580 metres, with wide beginner terrain, tree runs and a strong park scene. It is now linked over the ridge with the same operator's north-facing Nekoma area, so one ticket reaches both sides of the mountain.
